The nursery has 73 learning places for children aged three months to five years. And by working in partnership with Falkirk Council, the nursery can accommodate Government-funded hours for pre-schoolers, between 8am and 6pm.

The three main rooms are the Raindrops room (0-two years), the Rainbow Room (2-3 years) and the Sunshine Room (three-five years). Each room is an effective learning environment which caters to each child’s individual needs.

The highly motivated, qualified, nurturing staff provide a range of learning experiences collated from the children’s own individual interests. They aim to provide stimulating activities to promote confident individuals, effective learners, responsible citizens and effective contributors. Little Stars follows the Pre-birth to Three Curriculum with the 0 to three years group and the Curriculum for Excellence for those aged three to five years.

Situated at Falkirk Stadium, the Helix, Kelpies and woodland areas are all on their doorstep. There is also a secure outdoor garden equipped with natural play resources to allow children to play, learn and grow.

With an extensive car park to the front of the stadium and an exclusive parking area for parents using the nursery, this ensures easy drop-offs and pick-ups.

The nursery provides a well-balanced, nutritional morning and afternoon snack which is low in fat, salt and sugar and follows the Setting the Table guidelines. This encourages children to participate in preparing snacks as much as possible, using fresh ingredients as much as possible. All dietary requirements are catered for.
