Latest update for Forth Valley reveals no more positive cases

Figures released by the Scottish Government this afternoon show the number of positive cases currently stands at 828 with no change since Friday.
There are currently 27 people being treated in the region’s hospitals, one fewer than yesterday.

Hide AdOf these, less than five are in Forth Valley Royal Hospital’s intensive care unit – the government do not release the actual figure if it is less than five.
The number of people in the region whose death has been linked to coronavirus is 156 and of these, 86 were in the Falkirk Council area.
The next update on deaths is due on Wednesday.
A total of 72,683 people in Scotland have been tested through NHS labs to date. Of these, 59,197 were confirmed negative and 13,486 were positive.

Hide AdThis means around 18.5 per cent of all those tested are positive, earlier last week it was 25 per cent.
