A MAIN route into Kirkliston has been closed to traffic this week as emergency work is carried out to repair potholes.
The B800 from Newbridge to Kirkliston is undergoing resurfacing work and could be closed for up to six weeks.

The road will be closed between 9am to 5pm, from Sunday to Friday, but remain open on Saturdays.

The road closure will impact on local motorists with public transport users also facing longer journey times as buses have to travel via Winchburgh and Broxburn to get into Edinburgh and back.
