SANTA and his reindeer greeted festive shoppers and visitors to Bo’ness last Saturday afternoon.
Young Josh Meikle had a trip into town to remember - riding on Santa’s sleigh as he made his grand entrance into Market Square.
Josh was the winner of the Journal and Gazette competition run with event organisers, Bo’ness Town Centre Management. The festive procession was escorted by the Forth Bridges Accordion Band.
Assistant town centre manager, Mary-Jane Armstrong said: “The reindeer were busier than ever, with people looking forward every year to their visit, and the look of enjoyment on everyone’s faces was a joy to behold.
“Visitors to the town spent time in the shops whilst they were there, creating a buzz about the town.
“The whole town had a festive feel which will continue on to Christmas Eve.”
