Big crowd flocks to Kinneil Estate for two days of motorsport

Ninety competitors made the starting line for the 80th anniversary meeting of the Bo’ness Hill Climb over the weekend of September 6 and 7.

And a further 180 entrants turned up for the associated classic car show.

The all-action hill climb took place over both days with Malcolm Wishart setting fastest time of the day on both Saturday and Sunday.Bo’ness Hill Climb Revival chairman Bill Drysdale said: “We had a wonderful weekend.

“The 80th anniversary of Scotland’s oldest motor racing venue was celebrated with a superb hill climb competition featuring a superb variety of historic racing cars.
