A man has been charged with dangerous driving after allegedly crashing into a house on purpose.

The 57-year-old was reported following an incident which took place in the early hours of Monday morning on Church Street in Stenhousemuir.

The driver of the vehicle refused to take part in a roadside breath test when asked to do so by police.

A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
