A customer who attacked a takeaway worker has had his liberty restricted.
Connor Thomson (20), 7 Kilbride Terrace, Plean, assaulted the employee at Rawther’s Takeaway, Vicar Street, Falkirk, on September 15, 2019, while on bail.
His defence solicitor said Thomson breached a court order but hadn’t offended since.
Sheriff Derek Hamilton made Thomson subject to a five-month, 7pm-7am restriction of liberty order.
