Four in court over alleged trafficking offences

Four men have been charged in connection with alleged human trafficking offences following a major police operation in West Lothian.

The arrests, on Friday, also centred on alleged involvement in serious and organised crime, and an alleged sexual offence.

Operation Heathyard, led by CID in West Lothian and supported by partners including West Lothian Council, National Crime Agency and Greater Manchester Police.

All four men, aged 35, 26 and two aged 28, are expected to appear before Livingston Sheriff Court tomorrow (Monday, December 5).
