Kenneth Mossman (19) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, having been found guilty of assault and behaving in a threatening manner in Lochhead Avenue, Denny on May 22 last year.
The charges stated Mossman threw a can at a woman and then repeatedly punched and kicked her – he also poured alcohol all over the floor and threw a kettle and its contents.
Sheriff Derek Livingston deferred sentence on Mossman, 22 Inchyra Place, Grangemouth, until August 9 to go before Sheriff Derek Hamilton, who tried the case.
