Michael Paris, 100 Gairloch Crescent, Redding, also told the woman he would get someone to “sort your son out”.
He admitted behaving threateningly by phoning and sending unwanted texts and messages via social media in which he threatened her, her former partner and her son with violence, while on bail, on February 20 and 21.

The 45-year-old appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.
Detailing the original breach, procurator fiscal depute Amy Sneddon said: “Around 12.34pm on November 27, 2020, the complainer was within B&M in Falkirk with a friend and she received a notification on her phone.
“This was a friend request from the accused on Facebook. She didn’t respond, and instead took a screenshot as she knew the bail conditions in place.

It says I’ve broken bail conditions but I haven’t. I pressed the unfriend button twice by mistake because I haven’t got my glasses.
“‘I’m going to phone the police just now because she shouldn’t have messaged me’.”
Paris’ message was passed on to the woman and police were contacted. He was charged on November 29.
His second breach followed a few months later after he’d begun drinking on February 20.

The fiscal depute continued: “At 7.30pm the accused threatened to have the complainer’s ex-partner and father of her children ‘done in’.
“The accused then said his ‘pal was going to do her ex in’ and that her ex was ‘dead meat’ and she should ‘say goodbye to him’.
“At 8.50pm the complainer received another message from the accused saying he was going to break her leg. At 10.30pm another message was received which stated, ‘I’m out my face, I want to murder your ex because he’s a coward’.

Police were called and shown screenshots of Paris' threats.
Defence solicitor Simon Hutchison told Sheriff Derek Livingston the threats stemmed from his client’s alcohol use.
Mr Hutchison said: “It was the result of alcohol and the fact he couldn’t see her.
“He unfortunately had alcohol and it was then the abusive messages started.”

Hide AdAddressing the offender, who has 12 domestic convictions, Sheriff Livingston said: “You have a long history of domestic offending and that does concern me.
“I’m prepared to give you one final chance, albeit with some hesitation.”
Paris was fined £200, ordered to pay a £10 victim surcharge and made subject to a two-year non-harassment order banning him from entering a Falkirk street.
He’ll be supervised for three years and must attend alcohol counselling and engage with a domestic abuse programme.
