Linlithgow Folk Festival kicked off with a bang on Wednesday with an events programme that will make for a wonderful weekend.
The 15th annual festival runs until this Sunday with a focus on folk and Bluegrass music.
Tonight (Friday) there will be a concert at the Queen Margaret Hall, on Blackness Rd, Linlithgow, at 8pm, featuring two Scottish Bluegrass bands, the Okefenokee Bluegrass Band and the Mairi Orr Band.

Headline act, the Outside Track play on Saturday in the Linlithgow Academy Theatre from 7.30pm. Tickets are still available, and can be bought on the door.
The popular music at the Cross on the Nora Devine Stage will be on Saturday from 11.30am-5pm
The festival finishes on Sunday, with an open air family ceilidh with Cockleroy at The Vennel which is free for everyone to enjoy. If the weather is bad, the event will be held in the Masonic Hall.
