Linlithgow Palace courtyard is set to be filled with everything Scottish from traditional dancing to Tartan as Hop Scotch returns to Linlithgow.

For the next five Wednesdays the palace grounds will be filled with dances we all know and love from the Gay Gordons to the Virginia Reel.

A live band will produce the toe tapping music helping everyone get into the spirit of things.

The first Hop Scotch event is tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7.30pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door, £8.50 for adults and £6.50 for concessions, and includes tea and shortbread.

Under 12s go free. Season tickets are £26 for adults and £20 for concessions.

In the case of bad weather the Low Port Centre will be used.
