ON SUNDAY, November 11, there will be remembrance services all across the Journal and Gazette area.

In Bo’ness, there will be a service at the town’s Old Kirk at 10.45am, before commemoration at the war memorial on Stewart Avenue at 12.15pm.

In Linlithgow, a remembrance procession will leave the West Port Hotel at 10.15am, arriving at St Michael’s Parish Church for a service at 10.50am taken by Rev Dr Stewart Gillan.

The procession will leave the church at 12.10pm, 
arriving at the West Port at 12.30pm, with the Reed Band and armed forces representatives taking part.

In Queensferry, organisations will meet at the High Street car park from 10.30am to march to the town’s war memorial for 11am for the laying of wreaths.

The procession will then walk up The Loan to Queensferry Parish Church.

In Kirkliston, the remembrance service will be held in Kirkliston Parish Church at 11am.

After the service, the 
procession will walk from The Square to the war 
memorial at 12.15pm.

In Winchburgh, there will be a remembrance service on Sunday in the parish church at 11.30am and afterwards a short act of remembrance at the War Memorial at 12.45pm.
