In the spotlight this week is Eileen MacGregor chairwoman of Linlithgow Fair Trade Partnership
1 Who or what do you find funny?
Have I Got News For You, Absolutely Fabulous and – this is sad – Dad’s Army.
2 What’s your favourite scent and why?
I love the smell of the sea. When I was young nearly every Sunday in the summer, rain or shine, my parents used to pack a picnic and we would go to the seaside in East Lothian. They were happy days.
3 If you could change any one thing about your life to date, what would it be and why?
My height. Because I’m 4ft 11 and if I was 5ft 10 and the same weight I’d be slim!
4 What good piece of advice would you share with your younger self?
Don’t worry about things you can’t change.
5 How would you spend your perfect Saturday?
At a cottage on Loch Awe, leisurely breakfast and walk in the beautiful countryside, and then to Oban to my favourite fish restaurant for dinner.
6 Who was your teenage crush?
7 According to your nearest and dearest, what are your best and worst personality traits?
Best - perseverance and worst - obstinacy – two sides of the same coin?
8 Which event in your 2012 diary are you most looking forward to?
The Strictly Fairtrade event at Linlithgow Academy on March 2.
9 Where was your best ever holiday?
A road trip from Canada to Las Vegas and back in a motorhome with friends from college days.
10 Who would get your last Rolo?
My daughter Clare.
