Walking along a white sandy beach on one of the West Coast islands with my husband.
2 What’s your favourite part of winter?
The pinkish light you get in Scotland on clear crisp winter’s mornings.

Anything starring George Clooney.
4 What’s your secret to keeping calm in a hectic world?
Who told you I was calm?
5 Who or what inspires you in your sculptures for Brazing Hussy?
I tend to try to capture the natural world but I like to be challenged and occasionally create more engineered pieces.
6 What’s your signature scent?
Jo Malone’s Red Roses.
7 Describe your perfect weekend:
Newspapers in bed, long walk along a deserted beach with my husband and any or all of my kids, then back home to a fine malt while soaking in my hot tub and gazing at the stars.
8 Which new skill would you love to learn and why?
I’ve loads on my list but I need to improve my photography to capture the joy of kids playing in my new projects with Grounds for Learning.

Sorry, can’t. I’ve told my husband I bought it ages ago!!
10 How would you like to spend your retirement?
Creating all the sculptures that are still in my head and re-visiting the West Coast islands.
