Denzel Washington. I would cook him wild mushroom risotto. Penelope Keith, Curly from Corrie, Rutger Hauer, Tam Cowan and footballers old and new.

Find the perfect plot to build my family home.

Being at the birth of my children and looking back at the achievement of The Boat House.

5 Where is your favourite holiday destination and why?

Goa, India. An amazing culture of great food and great people - wonderful country, amazing.

6 What was the soundtrack to your teens?

Hotel California - The Eagles.

7 Which big event would you love top-notch tickets/a backstage pass for, and why?

Nessun Dorma aria - in the amphitheatre at Verona.

8 I’m at my happiest when...

Hearts beat Hibs (that’s for Gary Ritchie) and I’m with close family and friends.
