PUPILS at Linlithgow Academy handed over £420 to Friends of Chernobyl’s Children this week.

The welcome cash boost for the charity was raised with a collection at the school’s Christmas concert in St Michael’s Parish Church.

Clare Cotton and Kenny Turnbull from FOCC thanked the school for its support. They are pictured with pupils and head teacher David MacKenzie, and plan to split the money between the West Lothian and the Forth Valley branches.
