Linlithgow Rose’s match away to Wick in the William Hill Scottish Cup third round tomorrow evening will go ahead.

Wick’s pitch passed an inspection today and Rose fans now face a 10-hour 520-mile round trip to see the game.

The first scheduled match was controversially called off 40 minutes before kick-off on November 28 and was rescheduled several times.

Another failed pitch inspection cancelled Monday’s scheduled fixture.

Admission for tomorrow’s game is £8 adults, £4 concession.

The winner will play Forfar in the next round.
