The fun of Linlithgow Advent Fayre starts tomorrow (Saturday) in the royal burgh.
From 10am, the 17th annual Fayre will open at the Cross with a street fair, crafts in the Burgh Halls and a Farmer’s Market in the Vennel. The day’s festivities continue with a visit from Santa and Mrs Claus, fun rides and birds of prey on show.
The Fayre comes to a spectacular finale with the torchlight procession starting at the Low Port with firebrands collected from 4.40pm, heading along the High Street prompt at 5pm.
At 5.30pm, there will be community carols at the Cross and the Christmas tree light switch on. Following the Fayre, there will be a week of special Christmas shopping events on the High Street until Sunday, December 8.
