Draft plans go on show for Agilent site

PROPOSALS for a new mixed use development on the former Agilent Technologies site in South Queensferry have been unveiled.

The 35 acre site at Scotstoun, which lies vacant after the technology firm relocated to Edinburgh Park in September, will feature a mix of housing, small business units, food and drink outlets and increased car parking facilities at Dalmeny Station.

Agilent has engaged with community leaders and the city council regarding redevelopment.

It will now meet with residents when it stages a public consultation/exhibition in the Rosebery Hall from November 24-26, from 2pm to 8pm.
