Review of street traders’ licence conditions

West Lothian Council is consulting on proposed amendments to its standard conditions for Street Traders’ Licences until August 5.

The consultation seeks views on the consolidation and updating of the conditions which apply to licensed street traders operating within West Lothian.

Details of the proposals can be found on the council’s website by searching for street trader licences.

Comments should be sent to the council’s chief solicitor by August 5 either by emailing licensingservices@westlothian.gov.uk or by letter addressed to the licensing team, West Lothian Council, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston EH54 6FF.
