Concern is growing for a man with Alzheimer’s who has gone missing from his home.

Alexander McCrimmon was last seen at his house in Millgate, Winchburgh, West Lothian at around 3pm yesterday (Monday, 12 January).

The 68-year-old has not been seen since and police are concerned about his well being.

Mr McCrimmon is 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim build, balding with grey hair and bushy sideburns.

He was wearing cream jeans, cream jacket, black cardigan, blue and grey hi-tec boots, a grey cap and was carrying a walking stick.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Given the temperature outside, we are anxious to find Alexander.”
