A PROUD mum this week hailed the actions of her young son in dealing with a medical emergency at their Bo’ness home.

Rhys Cunningham, who doesn’t start school until next month, spoke to NHS 24 staff on the phone, checked on his baby sister, and unlocked the front door chain to paramedics when mum Jenna blacked out after a panic attack.

He’s been praised by the ambulance service for his actions - see this week’s Bo’ness Journal for the full story.
