NHS Forth Valley is continuing to provide all urgent and essential health services.
However, there may be some delays and disruption to routine services due to the severe weather and transport problems.
Patients should only travel to their appointment if it is absolutely necessary and should listen to local radio for the most up-to-date police and travel advice.
Dr Iain Wallace, NHS Forth Valley's Medical Director, said: "Thanks are due to all the staff who worked above and beyond the call of duty over the weekend.
"Everyone pulled together and due to the fantastic team effort, we were able to maintain a normal service."
Patients should also be aware that the Scottish Ambulance Service has suspended patient transport services for day hospital and outpatient appointments today (Monday), with the exception of priority renal and cancer patients.
