CARRIDEN Community Centre Choir feature in this photo from 1956, which comes from Betty Stanners of Bo’ness.

She was involved in the running of the choir (now disbanded), which had been started by her late husband Norman and the late Alec Bell.

Betty has happy memories of the choir, which as far as she knows, was the first mixed choir in Bo’ness.

She said the picture had been taken to mark its founding.
