Police appeal for witnesses to Grangemouth smash which left motorist (74) in hospital

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The 74-year-old male driver of the car is in a serious but stable condition in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. The lorry driver was uninjured.
"The road was closed as officers investigated the circumstances of the crash. Enquiries are ongoing.”
