Staff are shifting short term as transformation work on Linlithgow County Buildings starts next month.
The building will become a modern one stop shop partnership centre, but while work is ongoing some of the council departments will be temporarily relocated.
On September 16, building standards, development management, support services and housing services move out, and on September 23, planning, environmental health, and trading standards will only be contactable by email and telephone.
The Customer Information Service (CIS), cemeteries and local history staff will relocate to Linlithgow library.
The registration office closes on Friday, September 6, but customers can contact the service on 01506 281894 or at email@example.com to make an appointment at another Registration Office. The Payment Office Service will close permanently from Wednesday, September 18.
