Their say

eczema Outreach (Scotland) was set up in 2011 in Linlithgow, by the mother of a young girl with severe eczema.

The Scotland-wide charity exists to support children and young people with eczema and their families by providing practical information, encouraging peer-support and running social events.

We guide parents with practical information through welcome packs, newsletters and individual advice on referrals, care at school, benefits, coping strategies and emotional support;

*create connections between families in groups and on a one to one basis;

*increase the children’s confidence and self-esteem with a programme of free outings;

*Raise awareness through a volunteering scheme, and influence policy to improve services

Membership is free of charge and we heavily depends on grants and donations. To join online find out more, go to www.eczema
