Todd Lumsden has been confirmed as the new manager of Linlithgow Rose on a permanent basis.
The former Arbroath gaffer has been in temporary charge at Prestonfield since Davie McGlynn’s resignation last month.
With Rose’s title hopes all but over cups represent the club’s best chance of success this season and during Lumsden’s first two games in interim charge they enjoyed victories in the East of Scotland Cup and Fife & Lothians Cup.
And on Saturday they moved through to the third round of the Scottish Junior Cup with a 3-0 victory over Clydebank.
Lumsden - who was one of five contenders for the job - was brought to the club by McGlynn as his assistant during the close season.
