Mains Park, Linlithgow will be bursting at the seams on Sunday, as it always does when Linlithgow RFC’s annual mini-tournament takes place.
The Wee Reds, Linlithgow’s mini section, will be playing host to more than 200 youngsters from Biggar, Falkirk, Forrester, Gala and Watsonians.
And, just like the Wee Reds, all of these budding stars will be supported by their parents and coaches.
The youngsters will play their games in age sections, from micros through Primary Four to Primary Seven, with the teams playing in two pools to qualify for finals.
Gavin Brown of Linlithgow RFC said: ‘‘The young players will be looking to win their games but it is important that everyone has some fun and enjoys their day.
‘‘It is a major exercise cramming all this on to the two pitches at Mains Park and feeding all of the hungry mouths which makes it a big day for the volunteers of the club as well as for the youngsters.
Everyone will be hoping that the weather on Sunday is kind!’’
Games start at 11am and the finals should conclude around 1.30pm.
