Linlithgow Reds counting the cost of weather

LINLITHGOW Rugby Club is counting the cost of a tough winter, with nearly seven weeks since their last competitive game.

After a tough start to the season, which saw them languishing near the bottom of the league, the Reds had a strong recovery in November with two home wins securing them some much needed points.

But the severest winter in living memory has hampered their efforts on the pitch, and hit them in the bank balance.
