Bo’ness swimmers shine as part of F.I.R.S.T

BO’NESS Amateur Swimming Club had five swimmers competing as part of F.I.R.S.T ( Falkirk Integrated Regional Swim Team) at the Scottish Short Course Nationals 2011 in mid December.

Travelling to Inverness, to one of the few eight lane 25m pools in Scotland, the youngsters achieved four superb days of swimming and showed F.I.R.S.T are a force to be reckoned with.

This stands them in good stead for the Scottish National Age Groups in March/April.
