Simpson prepares for Olympics

Along with fellow Scot and British No.1, Simpson joined forces to take on their English counterparts on the Tennis Foundation’s Wheelchair Tennis Performance Programme, Marc McCarroll and David Phillipson.

Kevin, who lives in Linlithgow, said: “It was a great opportunity to showcase wheelchair tennis and extra special for it to be in front of a Scottish crowd. It was tremendous to have wheelchair tennis integrated into what was a great weekend all round for British tennis and, although it was inside, to play in that size of arena was the closest we’ll come to experiencing that kind of atmosphere before London 2012.”
