Triple score means points for Linlithgow Rose
LINLITHGOW had the first sight of goal when Mark Tyrrell's 30 yard free kick was held by Rachowski, but were rocked when Brian McNaughton's Arniston took the lead in the third minute.
Linlithgow Rose 3
Wilson 32 King 59, 67
Arniston Rangers 1
Cunnison 3
Match sponsor: Ian Cairns
A ball over the top caused hesitancy in the Rose rearguard and Cunnison skipped round a stranded Pinkowski before slotting the ball into the empty net.
Stuart McArthur came close to equalising when his cross smacked off the crossbar with the keeper stranded. The Rose midfielder had another opportunity soon after when he exchanged headers with Wilson before hitting a first time effort too close to the keeper.
Linlithgow got back on level terms just after the half hour mark. Virgili's diagonal ball was nodded down by Ward and Wilson was on hand to steer the ball home from 10 yards.
Rachowski prevented Arniston from going behind when his outstretched hand denied King following a good run by the Rose striker.
Linlithgow were enjoying most of the possession but Arniston were young, eager and full of running and were proving difficult to break down.
