Hide AdOwner Mohan Karki who opened the business four years ago, told the board: "Since lockdown happened we have really struggled to survive.
"We have regular customers and we would just like to add an off-sales and alcohol delivery as a bit of a boost to sales."
The restaurant specialises in Mexican food but also offers American burgers as well as pizza and kebabs.
Mr Karki said deliveries would be made by a member of staff who is properly trained, and would not allow proxy sales.
