Greggs in Falkirk closes to walk-ins: Now delivery only

The days of quickly nipping into Greggs for a sausage roll or a steak bake – or both – are gone for the time being as the popular bakers closes its doors to customers.

Due to the latest COVID-19 lockdown, all Greggs branches in the Falkirk area are currently closed to walk-in customers.

According to the firm’s store locator, branches in Carron Road, in Bainsford, Main Street, in Camelon, High Street, in Falkirk, La Porte Precinct, in Grangemouth and King Street, in Stenhousemuir offer a delivery option through the Just Eat app.

Meanwhile branches in Bridge Street, Bonnybridge, Stirling Street, in Denny and Lint Riggs, in Falkirk are closed to customers without the delivery option.

A frequent customer of Grangemouth Greggs said: “The thing about Greggs was it was so handy – apart from the queues we’ve had to put up with recently – just to drop in and get a snack. I can’t see anyone actually getting a sausage roll delivered to their door.”
