Edinburgh and Lothians Health Foundation calls on supporters to inject some colour into their walks during National Walking Month
Edinburgh and Lothians Health Foundation, the official charity partner of NHS Lothian, has relaunched their popular Rainbow Walk this May for the second year.
The colourful walk will see participants choose different colours of the rainbow to ‘collect’ whilst out walking, and either take a photo, write a list or draw pictures of all the colourful things they have seen in their chosen colours.
The charity’s events fundraiser Tu Edwards said: “We are thrilled to relaunch the Rainbow Walk and look forward to more people joining us in creating their own colourful adventure and raising money to support NHS Lothian staff and patients.”
To sign up for the Rainbow Walk visit, https://register.enthuse.com/ps/event/RainbowWalk2021.
Registration is free and participants are encouraged to raise a minimum suggested sponsorship of £30 with everyone who raises money receiving an Edinburgh and Lothians Health Foundation ‘I support NHS Lothian’ rainbow medal.
