Champany Inn in Linlithgow retains its Michelin star

the Champany Inn in Linlithgow has retained its Michelin star for culinary excellence.

The number of single-starred restaurants in Scotland stands at 14 and the Champany is in the company of top Edinburgh venues The Kitchin: Number One at the Balmoral Hotel, Martin Wishart and Plumed Horse.

Cathie Donnelly, manager at the Champany Inn, said: “We absolutely delighted to retain our Michelin star. It’s nice to get recognised for this award for providing a high quality service.”
