Two women from Bo’ness have their art work on display at the Park Gallery in Callander Park.

The Winter Warmth exhibition features a wide range of arts and crafts, including from Nikki Monaghan and Karen Millar who are both local to Bo’ness.

A selection of hand-crafted textiles, prints, cards, ceramics, jewellery and homeware will be on sale for anyone looking to support local artists when doing their Christmas shopping this year.

Prices average at around £15 and all work in Winter Warmth this year is themed around nature and wildlife. The work ranges from hand-made textiles to acrylic badges and includes quirky ornamental dolls, pincushions, tea cosies, cushions, scarves, and even hand knitted moths in a variety of shapes and colours.

There is also a selection of original jewellery which includes bird earrings, mosaic necklaces, rings, and cufflinks, hand cut and meticulously finished in wood, glass, acrylic and even shrink plastic.

Hand-crafted cards, prints inspired by quirky Scots sayings such as Pure Dead Brilliant and Gonnae No, lithographs, colourful artwork by Essi Kimpimake from Finland, contemporary glass works, ceramics, lanterns, wood panel paintings of flowers, plants and wild animals and hand-crafted, geometric wooden ornaments by artist Cameron Duguid are also on offer.
