Linlithgow Male Voice Choir is delighted to welcome Koninklijk Dordrechts Mannenkoor KNA male voice choir from the Netherlands as one the guests for its annual concert.

The choir was founded in 1898 for the factory workers of the Dordrechts Gasometer Factory but has developed hugely over the years to become a very accomplished choir giving many concert performances.

It has also recently recorded their first CD and has a full itinerary for its first visit to Scotland combining sight-seeing with concert performances in Linlithgow and St. Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh.

Linlithgow RFC Male Voice chairman, Chris Thomas said: “Our Dutch visitors are a superb male voice choir and we’re thrilled that they’re able to join us for our annual 

‘‘We’re also delighted to welcome back the wonderful Linlithgow Linties Children’s choir and I’m sure that the three choirs will provide a marvellous evening of music for everyone to enjoy”.

The concert will take place on Wednesday, April 22, at St. Ninian’s-Craigmailen Church and the Children’s Hospice 
Association Scotland (CHAS) will be the main concert beneficiary.

Linlithgow Male Voice Choir is travelling to Holland in September to sing at the Dordrechts International 
Music Festival.
