The court heard Lebzuch, who runs his own business, was receiving treatment in the accident and emergency unit when he took exception to the care he was being given – or not being given.
The procurator fiscal depute said: “The accused was receiving treatment from witnesses, but during the procedure he became disgruntled with his treatment and began to shout and swear, saying he was not getting the treatment he wished for.
“This was heard by other staff members and young children. He then removed the cannula from his arm and blood was spurting all over.”

However, before they arrived Lebzuch left the A&E treatment area.
A search of the hospital was conducted and he was eventually traced to the mental health unit.
“The witness attempted to speak to him, but he began shouting and swearing at him,” said the procurator fiscal depute. “The accused was then escorted back to A&E to ensure he no longer required treatment.

"Officers arrived and found the accused with staff, behaving in an aggressive manner, flailing his arms around in front of security staff. The accused became hostile towards police officers, shouting and swearing and making threats to harm them.
“He required to be placed in handcuffs due to his behaviour. While he was sitting on the ground, the accused managed to head butt a police officer to his groin area.”
Lebuzuch’s behaviour did not improve in the back of the police vehicle on the way to the police station and he racially abused an officer.
