An offender who ignored the court’s order to stay out of a street took a hit in his wallet for his non-compliance.
Ainsley Nolan, 26, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted breaching his bail conditions by entering Simpson Street, Camelon on January 15.
Gordon Addison, defence solicitor, said father-of-four Nolan was “fertile but immature”.
Sheriff Alison Michie fined Nolan, 21 Kilmory Court, Tamfourhill, £145 for the breach of the special bail conditions, to be paid back at a rate of £10 per week.
