Samantha McWilliams (35) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted breaching her anti-social behaviour order – banging on floors, doors, walls and windows – at her 42 Braemar Drive, Falkirk home on September 15, 2021.

She also pleaded guilty to ASBO breaches on September 21, September 29 and September 30 last year.

The court heard there was another ASBO-related case which McWilliams had yet to be cautioned or charged on.

Sheriff Derek Livingston deferred sentence to November 10 to find out the outcome of outstanding matters.
