Diane Graham (33), 42 Hawley Road, Falkirk, failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday because she had a “medical appointment”, but she had previously admitted stealing alcohol from Tesco, Glasgow Road, Camelon, on June 30 last year.
The court heard the case had been continued for her good behaviour.
Sheriff Derek Livingston deferred sentence to April 29 for a criminal justice social work report and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
