Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday, Turnbull, 13 Lumley Place Grangemouth, had pled guilty to threatening behaviour in East Bridge Street, Falkirk on November 12 last year and obstruction of police in their duty and possession of class A drug heroin in Kingseat Avenue, Grangemouth on November 22.
Sean Maher, procurator fiscal depute, said: “Police officers were on plain clothes foot patrol within Falkirk town centre when they became aware of the accused, who was stumbling and shouting at passing members of the public.

When officers identified themselves Turnbull let loose a profanity of surprise.
“Due to his demeanour and appearance he was detained for a search,” said Mr Maher. “When officers took hold of him he said don’t grab me and swore at them.”
On the other occasion in Kingseat Avenue, Turnbull was found with 0.4 grams of heroin, worth a street value of £10. He tried to stick the drug down his trousers to conceal it from officers.
