Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, King had pleaded guilty to breaching his bail conditions not to contact his ex partner at his 69 Grahamsdyke Street, Laurieston home on March 19 and March 25 last year.
Procurator fiscal depute Rebecca Reid said the accused and his ex partner were seen together in conversation with each other and the matter was reported to police.

"On entering the property officers found the accused and his ex partner sitting on the couch in the living room.”
Gordon Addison said King’s ex-partner had gone to his house “of her own accord”.
Sheriff Derek Livingston said: “His complete attitude is it’s not my fault and that’s it. I bear no responsibility for letting her in the house, I bear no responsibility for chatting to her outside the house.
