THE Queensferry community pulled together to help raise in the region of £2500 when Echline Primary staged its annual fun day last Saturday. Organised by the school PSA, there were all manner of stalls and activities on offer, from nail and face painting, tombola and raffle and the opportunity to get close creepy crawlies, ducks and lizards. Jim McColgan, headteacher at Echline said: “The school PSA did a really impressive job with our major fundraising event. There was a massive turnout thanks to the weather and it helped turn the event into a really great community event. I want to praise the P6 pupils who created a number of games for people to play which helped boost funds.”
