The Bo’ness Public Primary School Fairtrade group have won a Social Enterprise in Education award at a presentation ceremony in Edinburgh.
They proudly display their Fairtrade status on their website.
The award was given to schools who ran a project and then donated the profits to a worthwhile cause.
Tricia Noe, Learning Support Assistant at the school said: “Our Fairtrade Group has held many Fairtrade events throught the year such as a cafe, tuck shop and free sampling day in Tesco.
‘‘The profits they have made will be donated to the Falkirk Branch of the Samaritans.’’
