A Linlithgow primary school has said thanks to everyone who helped it re-create a garden within its grounds.
Now St Joseph’s of the town’s Preston Road, would like to thank all the many people and organisations for the help they have received in the regeneration of their school garden.
A spokeswoman for the school said: ‘‘We’d like to give a special thanks to Laura Stevens from Dobbies Garden Centre, Livingston, for the generous donation of £150 and Dougal Philip from New Hopetoun Garden Centre near Queensferry for kindly donating £50.
“Other individuals that we have to thank include Averil Stewart from Burgh Beautiful for a generous donation of plants, Corinne Anderston for her valued knowledge and donation of plants and Mel McEwan for pruning our fruit trees.
“We are also very grateful to the dedicated group of parents and parishioners who have been volunteering to work in the garden on a weekly basis.’’
