The Christmas Shopping event on Linlithgow High Street will be a treat for kids and adults alike when it kicks off after the Advent Fayre tomorrow (Saturday).
To keep everyone on their toes, Rudolph the Reindeer will be “hiding” in many local shops from Saturday, November 30, to 2pm on Sunday, December 8. If spotted, the person will get a star sticker to decorate their entry form.
Twelve stickers need to be collected from different shops, to complete the trail. There are 17 shops participating in the Where’s Rudolph Linlithgow Trail.
Once you have 12 stickers, put your name and phone number on the form and drop it off at Far from the Madding Crowd.
On Sunday, December 8, at 3pm at the Cross, there will be (at least) 15 winners drawn out of the Hat, and each will win a Mystery Prize supplied by each of the participating shops.
Participating Shops in Where’s Rudolph are Far from the Madding Crowd, Nifty Needles, The News Shop, Purely Patchwork, Kharis Gifts, The Wee Mindin’, Boutique 42, Oyster Oyster, Centre Stage Dance Wear, Little Beau Peep, Jim Walker Carpets, G Wilsons Newsagent, Cancer Research,
Elevation Cycles, Kelly’s ice cream shop, Norman Cummings, and Linlithgow Pet Shop.
Shops also participating in the Sunday Opening and Late night Shopping on Friday, December 6, are William Holleron Butcher, Truly Scrumptious
Line Gallery, Beautique, Chest Heart and Stroke Shop, and the Red Cross Shop.
